I have to say, I’m really pleased, but not amazed, at the quality of the sounds in Anthology II.
“I’m using it multiple times per session and now want it for my home studio so I can duplicate that quality when I’m working there. “It has a really natural sound,” said Meyerson.

It gave me a live feeling without a disproportionate amount of reverb.” I wasn’t getting what I was looking for but when I found the reverb in the Anthology II plug-ins, I knew I hit pay dirt. “I was struggling to find the right ambiance,” said Meyerson, “because it needed to have a rock feel and I didn’t want an overly wet mix. Working with composer Ramin Djawadi, Meyerson was mixing a largely rock soundtrack and was looking for the right sound without it being excessively reverb-heavy.
